Q. What is covered with your hosting and support plans?

A. Just about everything is included.
All setup and installation activities, including:

• Domain name registration
• Domain name transfer along with any necessary files from an existing Web site
• Installation and configuration of all the necessary software for your Web site
• E-mail setup*
• Any wording changes, such as the introduction on the main page of the Web site**
• Any additions or changes to the Staff pages**
• Any additions or changes to the Office pages**
• Any additions or changes to the Privacy Policy

*If applicable

**For any page already in place, you may add or change wording that doesn’t affect the layout or design at no charge.

Q. What is not covered by your hosting and support plans?

A. Anything beyond the current design and layout is not covered by our hosting and support plans. If you want to these types of changes, our designers and project managers will provide you with an estimate at a reasonable rate. If you proceed with the changes, once completed, the enhancement will be covered under the hosting and support plan as well.

Logo and image manipulations may also be billable, depending on the origin of the images, or depending on how extensively the images may need to be changed. If only minor changes are necessary, no additional charges will apply.

Q. How easy is it to get started?

A. We have tried to make our service as simple as possible. With most clients we will schedule a time when we can ask you a series of questions, and it usually takes about 20 minutes. You don’t need to fill out any forms, visit any Web sites or design anything yourself. If however, you would like, you can provide all the necessary information online and we will contact you when the site is ready.

Q. How long does it take?

A. The initial design is usually completed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your design is ready, we will review it with you, and you will have an opportunity to make any reasonable changes. Once you approve the site, it may take 2-3 business days to complete any changes.

Q. Can I use my own hosting provider?

A. Unfortunately not. The Web site we provide is very specialized and runs on our servers only, so special software is installed to make all of this happen.

Q. Who owns the rights to my web site?

A. You always own the rights to your domain name www.yourname.com, but we own the rights to the Web site that we have provided to you. If you choose to cancel your service, we will return to you all of the materials that you provided, and the site will be shut down.

Q. Who pays the domain registration fees?

A. The domain is registered by a 3rd party, and we have included this cost for the Standard and Professional plans. The Basic plan does not allow for you to own a domain name. As long as your monthly hosting and support fees are paid on time, we will pay your domain registration fees. If you cancel your service, change to a plan that does not allow for a domain name, or fail to make payments in a timely manner, you domain registration fees will not be paid, and the domain may be forfeited. If you cancel your account, we will assist you in moving your domain to another hosting provider within 14 days of the cancellation at no charge. However, after 14 days a $29.95 fee will be imposed.

Q. What is included with an E-Commerce site?

A. Similar to other sites the design, layout and pubishing of the site information is included, as well as training on how to populate the products and/or services you may be selling. We do not populate the products or provide any product photos or descriptions, that is up to the client, but we provide all the basic components you need to sell online.

Depending on how you choose to sell your products or services you may choose to upgrade to:.

• A dedicated SSL certificate. (not included)
• A merchant account (not included)
• customer tracking system (not included)
